The 1st Annual “El Paso International Mariachi Festival” is designed as a 5 day outdoor and indoor music festival with available mariachi and folkloric educational workshops.
Main events include Plaza Garibaldi, featuring mariachi concerts at 30-minute intervals, from noon-6 p.m. Sept. 18 in the Arts Festival Plaza. Folklorico dancers will perform each hour in the nearby Philanthropy Theatre.
Tickets are $12 in advance, $17 at the door.
